At Tyger Pointe, daily walks, fresh air, and room to settle in are part of the experience—not an afterthought. Let your dog stretch out at the on-site dog park, then head back to a home-style rental where select fenced backyards make outdoor time feel close and convenient.

Pet Screening: Mandatory. Restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, and American Bulldog, or any crossbreeds. Maximum weight limit of 100 pounds per pet. No more than two pets allowed unless written approval is obtained. Non‑refundable pet fee: $300 for one pet; $500 for up to two pets. Monthly pet rent: $35 per pet.

Up to two pets per home. Dogs and cats are both welcome.
