I’ve had a really great experience with the team at Tyger Pointe. The leasing office staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever I have a question or need something. They genuinely seem to care about the residents and work hard to keep everything running smoothly, which makes a big difference when you’re renting. The neighborhood is another huge plus. It’s quiet, well-kept, and feels safe. I also love how convenient the location is. You’re close to shopping, restaurants, and everything around Spartanburg while still being in a peaceful community. Overall, Tyger Pointe has been a wonderful place to live. The combination of a great leasing team and a calm, welcoming neighborhood makes it a place I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home in the area.

Tyger Pointe is really one of the best rentals my family and I have ever had. They give us our privacy as well as help us with anything in the unit that needs to be fixed or replaced in a very timely manner. They keep our front and back yard immaculate every week. They have cameras everywhere so we know our children are safe when they play outside. We couldn't ask for better property management company 🧡
